Ms. Rotica is one of the Lead Teachers in the Toddler One classroom. She relocated from Youngstown Ohio to join the John Heinz Child Development Center. She holds and Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education, where she graduated with honors from Youngstown State University. She has over twenty years of experience in the field and five fantastic children.
